Two years ago my daughter and I embarked on a project to convert her 4 bedroom house in Modbury Heights into 2 self-contained dwellings. We chose Levalex to undertake the work required to achieve this. Both Alexei and Tim made this a relatively pain-free experience for us. They both have extensive experience and, in addition, Alexei is a qualified engineer. They were able to provide us with valuable advice on the best way to tackle the task which included removal of a supporting wall, the conversion of a laundry into a kitchen, all the electrical and plumbing work required, the levelling and tiling

Alexei and Tim's professional approach, explaining the steps of the job before and along the way was as we hoped for. Of course their attention to detail really surprise us and every one was very happy with the end result. New timbers installed and new cladding, trimming, insulation and lighting, all done well with in the time frame we agreed to. Thank you guys.

Tim and Alexei from Levalex are an amazing team. Those who know me, know that I am extremely pedantic I am about ensuring the quality of any building work undertaken for me is top notch. I couldn't recommend the team at Levalex highly enough. Tim, Alexei and Askat did an outstanding job on my balcony rebuild.
