These contemporary stairs can be matched to a range of balustrade designs in stainless steel, glass, yachting wire or a wrought iron look that can enhance the overall look of your stairs.
These timber staircases are built from long lasting timbers. Our exterior staircases are a quality built addition to your home, whether the selection is in Jarrah, Kapur or Treated Pine, and matching our balustrades will enhance the look of these stairs. Our external balcony balustrade range is quite extensive and includes glass and stainless steel, stainless steel and yachting wire and coated steel balustrades.
We have been manufacturing stairs for over ten years and do work for some of the major Building Companies in South Australia, as well as Owner Builders and Developers. Our factory is located in modern premises in Industry Park at Golden Grove. We manufacture and install stairs for Adelaide Metropolitan and for projects from Yorke Peninsula to Victor Harbour, Riverland, and the Hills area.

We have been extremely happy both working with Mark and with the team at Tree-Lan / Stair Innovations. We wanted to combine a modern feel using glass and timber balustrades with recycled jarrah and oregon treads and posts to blend with a rustic hand made house with modern expanses of glazing. All aspects of the design, communication and build were a positive experience, with the end result being a beautifully crafted stair which more than met all our criteria.
The team went out of their way to support our requests and meet our design expectations and hopes and always ran the extra mile to deliver

Firstly let me say that Mark and the team were great to deal with. We had a lot of specifications regarding the stair design and they were always willing to accomodate. Their workmanship was exemplary and unobstrusive. They were very mindful of ensuring minimal disruption. Cannot fault them in any way and without a doubt we will use them again for future projects.
