Nothing was ever too much for these guys, amazing service from start to finish! Maureen spent ages with us in store even though it was a super busy day helping us quote up our large order, Helen and Jason kept us in the loop with our deliveries and then when I needed to swap some stools over it was a breeze with both Jason and Helen assisting me again! They always ring you back when they say they will, and the last thing of course is that the quality of outdoor furniture is stunning, our entertaining area looks like a hotel resort and we love it. Have a sunshade over the pool that the bolt has come loose. Tried contacting you to get some help and after 4 contacts was finally told to disconnect it and bring it in. It should be under warranty or only just out and just needs someone to refit the bolt that knows how it is put together. . It is now unusable and likely to fall to pieces if moved. Shame good old “we will help you” and service are dying out. I now regret the purchase and paying fir installation.

Love my new outdood Rio extension table with combo Bit & Net chairs, the last outdoor setting from here lasted over 20 years and still going. The staff were very helpful and friendly after looking around the Sunshine Coast I came back to Daydream as they offered best combo price had stock for quick delivery. Thanks Daydream
