Very rare to have customer service of this standard these days. My husband and I went into Global furniture late November and the sales person Dale was very friendly and helpful and not pushy.

Was out for a look for Chairs for my Parents and looked at dozens of stores in the Maroochdore area. Dropped into Global Living and Spoke to a chap called Jackson. He was great from start to finish. Showed me a few chairs that suited my parents needs. I ended up with 3 Black stress less chairs that are so comfortable that I ended up buying one for myself even though I was only after 2 of them. I also was sold all the correct leather cleaning products required to maintain the leather. After searching many Sunshine Coast furniture stores for a buffet we finally found the perfect piece at Global. We love that it's all solid Australian native timber and is beautifully crafted. Jackson served me both times I was in the store. He's friendly, knows his product well and I felt heard. His guidance was perfect after he got the idea of what I was looking for.
It was delivered on time by a couple of efficient, friendly guys who set it in place for. It arrived in perfect condition and they even checked everything was working correctly before they left

Needing a new lounge and dining suite my wife and I planned a day or two shopping the furniture stores on the Sunshine Coast.Global Living Furniture was the first store we went into and we were very impressed with the quality of furniture on display. Kyle the shop assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy
We finished up buying everything that we needed without going to another store and could not be happier with our purchases. The delivery was on time and the guys unpacked everything and took the packaging away with them.

We bought a sofa and reclining chairs from Global Furniture about 6 months but found the sofa uncomfortable. We thought we would give the cushions time to settle but that didn’t happen and they were still too high. We spoke with Dale and he, very obligingly, agreed to exchange it for another style. Fantastic customer service - thank you! Also must mention the cheerful, respectful delivery guys who came to replace the sofa. They phoned ahead and arrived when they said they would. They were great! So nice to see good old fashioned customer service is alive and well at Global Furniture. Love our

I don’t even think this business needs 1 star to be honest. We brought a sofa from there a year ago, we was given a warranty. Very poor quality, cushions go flat, despite turning them constantly. Back cushions all deformed and do not fit the sofa anymore. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I was spoken to so rudely and ignored, they told me to go to fair trading and not to call the store. I was put on to head office which was the same man I spoke to in the store , but you cannot call him just email???!! Awful experience. Don’t waste your money.

Very upset with Global Living at Morayfield We bought a leather 2 seater lounge from them in July 2017 and within only weeks one side of the lounge had collapsed and was very uncomfortable to sit on
Despite expressing my concern to the store they refused to believe me. After several emails they agreed to take the lounge away and returned it after a week with a note saying..good news, there is nothing wrong with your lounge.
Well , the lounge has become must worse and requires a cushion under and behind me to allow it to be sat on on the left side of it, right side is still ok. Global to not honor

Global has such a great range of furniture, it's hard to decide which is best - they are all so comfortable! Our most recent purchase was two armchair recliners - and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. From allowing us the time to peruse through the store, to delivery of the chairs the whole purchase was great!
