Marco plumbing has a really great team and one amazingly talented and friendly apprentice. i had them come out to attend a water leak i had in my bedroom, franco and his team was punctual and on time as promised . he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me each step of the way about what he was doing i must say i had a look at some of these reviews (bad ones) and i cannot see how this can happen out of all the tradies i have ever seen come and go from my house marco plumbings plumbers are by far the best on the gold coast and they have a customer for life now. 6/5 stars from

Fantastic emergency service. They were there within 30 min no excuses. Staff are very friendly. Young chap Ray came out he was extremly helpfull and explained everything to me in simple terms. Their office staff were very professional and helpful. They Aren't scared to work as he got into digging within 10 min and did not stop. Fixed the leak I had in the front garden in no time. Not your cheap old local plumbers but I am an old fashioned kind of guy and still believe in great service and quality trades people. I don't do recommendations but this company is worth recommending if you are after skilled

Absolutely horrendous service! Simple request of changing a tap in the kitchen, came unprepared with no tools and no tap stock, had to leave multiple times to get various items. After all that messing around he put the tap in the wrong place which didn't allow me to use both side of my double sink. Called the company to request it to be corrected and they were very hesitant to come out and fix their mistake.
After 2 weeks he came back to fix the issue and was very rude, my husband was home at the time and expressed his concern with the mistake being made in the first place and he was sworn at

Franco Knows Plumbing!!
i was in a very stressful situations and i was recommended by one of my friends that i should give Marco plumbing a try. i gave them a call and that wonderful well spoken office lady helped me in getting someone sorted with my problem. they sent Franco out which is the main plumber they use for their company. i had previously had 4 other plumbers come out to my house and were rude, overpriced and told me they cant fix my issue so when i turned to franco he was there every step of the way. best of all the other plumbers quoted me around 12-15k for the job to be finished

Charged $595 for 40 minutes work. Came to get rid of a bad odour in our bathroom. Became aggressive and used his size to intimidate female client when bill was questioned. Very heavy accent difficult to understand and gave off a very threatening vibe paid him just to leave as didn’t feel safe. Smell never went away got another plumber to fixed the job for only $95.

Excellent customer service from the lady that answered the phones to the plumber that arrived at my door. I had a leak in a wall which was flooding the floor so I needed it fixed urgently, Two plumbers from Marco Plumbing turned up. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he will fix. I don’t usually write reviews but felt these guys deserved a little encouragement . The Guys at Marco Plumbing did such an excellent job I just had to write one. The water main shut off valve for my house broke in the off position. By the time I got his number we were without water for two days. I had been disappointed by several plumbers. I had to practically beg the other plumbers to show up. They over promised and never even bothered to show up. Franco from Marco Plumbing showed up exactly when he said he would. I found myself in a bit of a emergency! I called the Marco plumbing I was worried that I will get just another voice mail recording because it was quite late at night! thankfully they did answer my call and rather quickly! They came out within 30 min at 2 am that night to sort out a leak. Highly recommend these guys! I know when I renovate my bathroom next year they will be the first on my list to call. Thanks again for fantastic job guys
