I was so impressed with their service, I called in the morning and someone out to me within 5 hours. The drain was unblocked after explaining to me the cause and it was done with a friendly smile and done in no time and area was all cleaned up.

Our hot water system overflowed and we had leaking throughout the house. We called Charlie the Plumber and they immediately told us what to do to prevent further damage. On the same day an inspection was conducted and quote provided to replace the system.
The next morning at 7am they were here on time, as advised, the old system was extracted and a new one was installed and completed within hours.
From start to finish the team were professional, clean, well presented and pragmatic. I would recoommend them to others and we will definately use them again.

Great Service on-time! Had an appointment booked for in a few days, got the call, I that there was a cancellation and they could come the next morning first thing, but unfortunately I was out that morning, rather than having to wait until the original appointment, they moved somethings around and Greg was there the next day!
Originally had an issue with a showers pressure, but after a quick inspection Greg got to the source of the problem and I got a bit of a lesson!
If you're looking for a plumber with a great attitude, on-time and problem solving abilities (common sense) I definitely recommend

I have used CTP 3 times now for various jobs and have always received first class service. Today i required a cistern repair. The service received was exceptional. CTP made every effort to attend my request today and in fact did so in the morning with Charlie coming in on his day off. I can't recommend CTP enough
