I had an extensive kitchen renovation largely co-ordinated by Craftbuilt. I was very particular with what I wanted and spent many hours revising the detailed design. I found the company to be made up of numerous specialists all of which were good to deal with, happy to accomodate my wishes. Any kitchen renovation involves a lot of trades and I found all the sub-contracted tradies friendly and highly skilled. Craftbuilt did an excellent job of coordinating the build, from design, to cabinetry, appliance installation, electrics etc and the best tiler I have ever come across. The finished kitchen

I've just had my new kitchen installed and I am very happy. The process was smooth from start (design) to end (installation) and I was kept informed at each stage. I can say that I am happy with everyone who worked on my project however I am particularly pleased with the kitchen designer Michael for a fantastic design, the project manager Sharon who worked hard at organising the scheduling to get the kitchen completed as soon as possible, and the installation guys who took care to have all the cabinetry perfectly installed. Craftbuild Kitchens did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending

We used Craftbuilt because they were local and we were impressed by our initial meeting. From the first meeting with Michael, the designer, to installation and last minute details, we were thoroughly impressed. Sharon, the project manager, was always available and kept us informed as to when each tradie would be onsite. We highly recommend the Craftbuilt team as they were easy to work with and responded quickly to any issues. Our kitchen is both beautiful and functional.

We are very happy with our new kitchen and laundry. All Craftbuilt staff and tradies were professional and personable. Any problems that arose were well managed, allowing work to run to schedule. Our project manager was always prompt to respond to enquires and made sure we were always informed about any issues or changes.

I used Craftbuilt to design and install a new kitchen in my 1995 built unit in Kangaroo Point. From the design process with Michael who listened to what I would like and came back with that incorporated into his design and a couple of colour idea's for us to choose from right through to the finish product it was a pleasure to work with everyone involved at Craftbuilt. Once we had settled on the final design and colour Sharon the Project Manager took over communicating with us and was a pleasure to deal with, she kept me informed of everything that was happening and double checked everything along

From the welcoming and informative customer service provided at the Craftbuilt Showroom - through to Justine's exceptional way of suggesting design ideas but also being able to incorporate certain design features that we already had our heart set on - through to Sharon's ability to stay on the pulse throughout the process and iron out our… misunderstanding as best as she could - through to the friendliness and helpful hints provided (in regards to caring for the surfaces of the kitchen) by the tradies I find it hard to fault Craftbuilt Kitchen's service overall. I love the kitchen and laundry

Craftbuilt are such a great team. They know their stuff, make quality, fully guaranteed kitchens and deliver exactly as they promise.
Kitchens are not cheap, so you want to go with a reputable company that delivers. We didn’t really know much about kitchen renovations at the time, but we do now.

I now have a beautiful, modern kitchen thanks to Craftbuilt Kitchens. The planning was made easy by Sue. Sharon kept me informed about planned works whilst working hard behind the scenes managing the whole project. Paul had fantastic attention to detail, making sure everything fitted well and worked perfectly. All the tradies were friendly and careful in their work. The hardest part for me was emptying out the old kitchen and deciding where to put things in the new one. Thank you Craftbuilt!

My new kitchen is custom made, is of brilliant quality and looks amazing, but what stood out for me most was dealing with the people at Craftbuilt Kitchens. This is our 7th project with Craftbuilt Kitchens since the 70's. All, including our recent kitchen, have been of the same superb quality. We were very pleased to find that the staff still showed their enthusiasm and the showroom is even more fabulous. With each visit over the years we felt we always had the latest ideas and gadgets to choose from. We believe that our amazing kitchens have helped the sale of each house over the years! At first we got quotes from other kitchen companies, this did not work well and we lost a 3.5k deposit.
We then googled other kitchen companies and found Craftbuilt.
After a bit of homework they seemed like a solid company, so we got Sue out to give us a quote.
Our original kitchen was a funny space in the middle of nowhere, Sue came up with a great idea and we went with it.
All went to plan, there were a few hiccups, (I have found this to be part of renovations) what made Craftbuilt better than others was they did not fob off the problems, everything was fixed to the standard you would hope
