Although Creative Cuisine is capable of formulating any blended product for its clients, the majority of its ready-made products fall into three major categories - food service, retail and supermarket.

The concept behind Creative Cuisine was born when Rodger Graf, Managing Director and owner of the company began consulting to the food manufacturing and retailing industries in 1991. After several productive years advising on areas such as site selection, store design, and product development, Rodger formed Creative Cuisine.
Our innovative product design process can be tailored to meet your specific project goals with the ability to deliver accelerated market-ready results from idea development to consumer-tested products. From identifying strategic opportunities to developing new products or reformulating existing ones, the culinary creativity led by our experienced Chefs results in on-trend, on-target product innovation.
Creative Cuisine is a diverse organization covering every aspect of the food industry - Retail, Restaurants, Foodservice and Food Processing. You can choose from working with a single food consultant to having us build a multi-disciplined team to handle all your food production needs. Product innovation and new product concepts is the driving force behind the Creative Cuisine company.
Creative Cuisine services it's customer base nationally with fresh, "Modified Atmosphere Packaged" (MAP) and frozen products, delivered direct to stores or via distribution warehouses (x-docking). We currently service around 450 customers including nearly 400 supermarkets on the Eastern Seaboard plus South Australia with fresh MAP seafood delivered two to three times each week.
