Tyson and the team installed a new instantaneous hot water unit at my place. I called around for quotes and these guys were straight to the best price without any mucking around. I was quoted double from other big brand companies and with a worse product. They quoted a estimate over the phone and installed it the same day. They even cleaned up some dodgy pipe work for me at the same time. Quick to return my call. Quick to do the job. Job was done perfectly and all with a good attitude. Can’t fault them. Definitely will continue to use these guys and highly recommend you do too.

I have regularly used Ultimate Plumbing, however, recently I used another plumbing service (due to a promotion) which was below par. I contacted Tyson at Ultimate Plumbing and he attended on time and through his problem solving skills he fixed the problem that the other plumber said was too hard. A lesson learnt for me to always use Ultimate Plumbing as I have never had any problem with their work. Always reliable and dependable.

Tyson was great: Arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly assessed what was required, sourced parts & spoke to suppliers for us, & resolved all 3 issues we had (2 plumbing, 1 gas heater) in no time at all. Best of all, he was honest & made some suggestions for how we could resolve similar issues ourselves in the future if they occurred again. Highly recommended!

Tyson was professional and helpful from the initial phone contact. We discussed the issues and he provided honest advice with potential costs. We arranged a time but Tyson continued great communication to arrive early and provide quality plumbing services.
