The practice was founded in 2006 by its director Angelo Mazarakis and has been operating since.

lets start by saying - its been 2 years of this... what architect designs 3 townhouses with infrastructure for one house on a different lot? is that who you want designing your mums retirement house?? I dont.
He has not rectified mistakes which legal advice to us have been deemed as negligence on his part. We are in the process of reviewing legal action.
it appears he has even created a fake account to mimic my mums name as review - so be aware -

Great work, professional, extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with and patient...especially with the millions of questions we asked.
He always kept our interests at the forefront whilst managing all council expectations. Basically, he did all the heavy lifting to comply with Darebin council's policies and regulations to get our planning and building permits for five townhouses. Not easy to do in Darebin.
Highly recommended. Keeps you informed every step of the way. Good advice. Worth every cent we paid him.

Many in and around the building industry get a bad rap. Angelo however is an exception. He is professional, hard working, honest and genuinely will bend over backwards to make sure the best outcome is achieved and you are happy. Plus his work is of the highest quality - when we sent out the construction plans to builders for quoting, they all commented how thorough they were and that nothing was missing that they needed. It made this part of the process run very smoothly.

We initially approached Mazark & Associates seeking assistance with the design of a second storey extension and renovation to our home to accommodate a growing family. Angelo patiently and professionally guided us through all aspects of the design process and worked with us collaboratively on numerous layout options. We have ultimately settled on a single level design that is a both functional and integrates seamlessly into the existing home, whilst saving us potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in building costs. We can't recommend Angelo highly enough.
