Wow, who said good old fashion service is dead!! Scott and his team delivered on all accounts. With a collapsed sewer line and major problems looming ahead I engaged the team at Competitive Plumbing Services to get me out of a serious jam. Even when the job went well over time, Scott’s main concern was to get it done that day given the weather forecast for the next day. He could have simply put his tools down and left it for another day, but his main concern was the even greater potential damage that would be caused by leaving the job unfinished. Very prompt and polite service. They arrived on time, quickly identified the drain issue and repaired it immediately. Scott was very transparent regarding the costs which were very reasonable. I was very confident of their integrity when they told me what I thought was a problem, was a normal part of my hotwater systems operation and that it didn't need a repair.

I was doing a DIY at home when I sprung a leak by putting a screw through a copper pipe. It was late Saturday afternoon and after calling around 6 plumbers, Scott was upfront, reasonably priced and quick. Within 30 minutes, pipe was repaired. Scott did the plumbing on our house renovation. We had been mucked around by other plumbers who quoted us crazy prices and didn't really seem interested in us as clients. Scotts pricing was fair and we got a good vibe from him...so we went with him.
Could not be happier with this decision! Scott was really knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions.
When things got tricky (with a blocked drain and a sink installation) he handled the situation like a pro, got things sorted quickly with no fuss (unlike other plumbers we've used in the past!). Scott even took extra time to check our hot water
