Plumber installed watertank pump 6 months ago, and has 2 years warranty. Now we are having issues with pump and plumber will not provide receipt so we can get pump investigated under warranty. He was rude, and spoke down to his apprentice or son? Took 1 week to get plumber back, and he did not fix. We have another plumber who told us, pump is failing. We will be referring for complaint.

Sam and his son came to my home this morning to connect the water supply for our new fridge. I was very impressed to say the least. A genuine honest down to earth nice guy who lived up to the Soul business name with no problem. He had the fridge sorted in no time and charged me what I thought was a very fair price unlike the $840 that the Jim's Plumber outfit wanted to charge on top of their $132 visitation fee... I highly recommend Soul Plumbing Services and will definitely call him again the next time I need a plumber. Five plus stars.

He arrived when he said he would, I told him the problem I was having with the hot water system and he advised me that it would be one of the valves. Sam was excellent, professional, on time, very prompt and had the issue fixed within minutes. He explained the issue and how he fixed it. He was very polite and considerate whilst doing his work. Service like this isn't just a given any more, it really is a rare thing. Would highly recommend Sam for any job that you may need doing. Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time, replaced my leaking laundry tap straight away. I was impressed with the care he took. While there he looked at a couple of other jobs I need doing and one he fixed on the spot. I recently had Sam back to install a new kitchen tap which he did with no mess and a cheery demeanor. I will certainly choose him for the next job and also recommend him.
