Crowhurst Building Design is an Architectural Design and Drafting Practice based in Melbourne, established 25 years ago by Dale Crowhurst. We pride ourselves on creating sophisticated, yet practical architectural solutions, with contemporary or classical form, in all disciplines within the built environment.
Crowhurst Building Design has embraced the advancement of visualisation technology, in order to provide its clients with the highest level of design. We collaborate closely with Planning Consultants, Engineers, Land and Building Surveyors, Energy Consultants and Interior Designers to produce precise, comprehensive documents, to simplify the understanding of the construction process.
We work with Local Authorities on a daily basis, and have an extremely good understanding on their regulations and requirements so that we can produce solutions within a timely manner. Our on going affiliations with the Building Designers Association, Housing Industry Association and AF2K keep us informed with the latest regulations and industry standards.

We have used Dale and the team for several years to design townhouse developments for our investment properties.
The 3 stage process helps to spread the cost out during the approval process
Their consultants, particularly the land surveyors help to speed up the process, and their collaboration with Ballistic 3D helps to sell the projects not only for re-sale but also helps council to understand what the final product will be
Their designs are up to date with modern standards
I couldn't recommend them any higher
I look forward to working with them again
