Through years of experience, Leneeva Homes has developed a seven step custom building guide which each customer can follow from project brief to building permit. Working through the seven step process reduces costs and ensures the project is managed within the agreed building budget. The structured pathway is customised for three distinct design paths.
Choosing the right Building Designer or Architect is almost as important as choosing the right builder. Building Designers are often cheaper than an Architect who carry a tertiary degree but Architects are better equipped to handle more complicated projects. Leneeva Homes has the experience of building many projects and understands the value of each option for every project.

We were living overseas and purchased a block of land for our dream home. The experience with Leneeva got off to a great start when they engaged and accommodated our conversations remotely over the Internet before Covid times! We found this already streets ahead of other builders we were trying to establish quotes with.
We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted to achieve with some challenging inclusions in our brief. Leneeva suggested that we operate within their custom build framework. After some iterations and sketching sessions, we engaged Leneeva their draftspeople

We usually do not do reviews and this is our first only because it justifies an exceptional, above expectation experience that we had building our new home - something we have not heard from anyone which is quite sad.
We had met with several builders in our short list, all boutique in nature from the ones that were marketed really well with glossy brochures and impressive showhomes to those that are emerging in the market. We very highly recommend Leneeva Homes! We recently completed our first build and moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier. After hearing many stories of how hard building can be, we were a bit nervous about how the process would go. We looked at a few other builders and visited lots of display homes before we were given Leneeva's name by one of their tradespeople on a Facebook forum. The whole build was very smooth with hardly any hiccups at all. Upon the recommendation of friends, we met with Joe at Leneeva and explained what we were after. The challenge for us was that despite our difficult sloping block, after living in a two-story home for 25 years we wanted a single level or split-level design.
We were pleasantly surprised with Joes first draft of the plan as he had “nailed it” first go! There were no compromises on what we wanted

Leneeva Homes constructed our custom build two storey home on Phillip Island during 2018 -2019. Based on our own design drawings, director Jason promptly arranged plans permits and contracts. The build was commenced and completed on time. Jason and supervisor Todd were in regular contact as the job progressed, always courteous and happy to answer any questions. The price and quality of the build was nothing short of excellent. We are very happy that there have been no faults to rectify after more than 12months. I highly recommend this very professional building firm.

Who ever said building was stressful didn’t build with Leneeva. Jason and his team are great communicators the whole job through. They helped us get our house to budget then built a custom house on 4m of fall. We are wrapped with the quality of the build and in the times we wanted to change things they were very reasonable with changes and happy to help out where they could. If we every build again I would undoubtedly call them up. Highly recommended

We recently built our first new home with Leneeva Homes and had a great experience. From start to end, all the staff we had interaction with were very helpful at guiding us through the process. A special shout out to Todd, our site manager, who was very easy to deal with and kept us updated at each key stage of the build.The build time was as expected, finished off with a seamless handover. **Price and Quality for a custom built home**** We shopped around for different builders and stumbled upon Leneeva for our custom build home in the eastern suburb. A friend built their custom home with them around 2015 and I was impressed by how well built their house was. I got some details off her and her opinion of them was very positive. We… finally chose Leneeva due to their price, approach and the recommendation.
THe overall duration of the build was as promised. It took a little longer at the initial design stage as we changed our ideas along the way. Peter was very accommodating

It has been 9 mths since we moved into our houses & we are just as happy today as we were 9 mths ago. We had 12mths working how out how we were going to building 2 homes on our property. Peter was absolutely fantastic every questions we asked was always answered very quickly, nothing was ever a problem. Then when we got to the building stage… Jason & Dean were great to deal with, any query we had was always answered quickly nothing was ever a problem. At handover we were so happy with the end product as the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them.

We built two custom design townhouses in an established area with neighbours adjoining on 3 sides and 2 very large trees that council forced us to keep. This would normally be a recipe for problems, but everything went smoothly, the issues that arose due to our site were fixed and sorted out with no fuss whatsoever.
