Lakeside Plumbing & Gas was first established as a partnership in 1989, operating from a home-based office in Joondalup WA. The business has been through various phases of development over its 28 year history. It became a fully incorporated company in 2003, relocated to brand new business premises in the Joondalup Business Park in 2005, and is now solely owned and operated by its founding director Phil Roggio.
Phil has 42 years of local plumbing knowledge and experience, commencing his career at 15 years of age in the project home construction industry, progressing to luxury homes, commercial maintenance and construction, supervision, and finally at 29 years of age started Lakeside Plumbing and Gas. He is proud to be a plumber and recognises the value of the skills he has diligently learnt and developed over many years.
At Lakeside Plumbing, we believe in maintaining the craft of plumbing while keeping up to date with the latest technology and developments in plumbing installations. Lakeside Plumbing are skilled in all areas of plumbing, whether it be maintenance work in either domestic or commercial properties, renovations or refurbishment, or also new construction.

Both gentlemen did a great job working on the gas leak while showing knowledge and solid communicationw the whole time. Tim and the lakeside team did a great job with a short turn around Time and a tight space.

$585 for a slow drip in the bath tub. Ended up being a little less after coupon and buying 2nd cartridge on my own.
The first trip they didn't have the part, drove around for 45 minutes on the clock, found one of them and charged me the time + 125 for the $68 part. Spent time cleaning the working cart that was going to be replaced on next visit?
Never contacted me to finish the job. Office miscommunication on 3 occasions.
Work was good as far as I can tell but experience very poor. 2.5 stars

Highly recommend Chris Jones at Lakeside Plumbing. I have had a couple of issues with leaks in the basement of a house I recently purchased. Chris was very responsive and came out the same day I had a major issue. Work was done quickly and efficiently and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. We have taken care of basics without braking the bank as another company tried to do with me.

Very happy with their service. First they came out to rerun waterline when appliance store refused to connect to existing waterline- here within 12 hours. Then today they ran into issues due to my old house being plumbed-in by a crazy person, and he literally sang a happy tune as he quickly worked! Very nice - I'll continue using Lakeside

We had a really bad experience with a negligent inspection, and they were unwilling to take any responsibility for the damage. I would not recommend using this company at all. Not only are they unresponsive, they left us with a huge problem when we moved into our new home because they did not do a proper inspection.
We ended up calling a new plumbing company to fix some of the issues that should have been easily identified with a basic inspection. Highly, highly encourage finding a different service to use.

I've been using Lakeside Plumbing for many years, and I highly recommend them. My experience has been excellent, from making the appointment through diagnosing the problem to remedying the issue. Their plumbers are experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and professional. While I've had positive experiences with any of the plumbers who they've sent to my home, Nick is the best plumber I've met. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious; and when my house was under renovation, he was a great asset in coordinating my plumbing needs. Also, Heather (at the office) efficiently and reliably

Lakeside Plumbing has always been my go to plumber when I have plumbing needs at my residence. They have replaced my water heater and replaced tub/shower cartridges in my bathroom. Their responsiveness and quality of work is fantastic. I have dealt with Tom, Keith, and Chris in the office. Nick came out and did the work on the shower cartridges. His professionalism and product knowledge was great!
