Rang Bali Inspirations about 12pm today to have some Bamboo panels delivered for my fence screening. Was expecting to order them today and have them delivered in a week or so to put up on a weekend.
Bali Inspirations told me that they’d get them to me ASAP and they were delivered around 4pm.
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the product.

Wonderful service! I have to give credit to the young man who deliver the artificial grass to me. Forgot his name, but he is young and really helpful! Without his help, I can never pull the heavy stuff to my back yard. !

Alex & boys were exceptional. They turned our weedy backyard into a putting ground - lush & green! Totally professional service. They even accommodated our requests at eleventh hour without any complaints and completed the job in style. Extremely satisfied experience.

Great place to have a look through for ideas. They have quite a lot on display inside and the Bali huts are great to see before purchasing. Even if they dont have what you want in stock, they can help organize something for you.

Our seat on our daybed we purchased warped and cracked after having it less than 2 weeks. They claimed was like that when we bought it, I have a photo taken from the day of purchase and it’s perfect. Spoke to Alex, he didn’t care. Avoid and go elsewhere!!

Great service team.
We purchase a large water feature that was heavy to move around.
It had a slight fault with the concrete join. These people; not only they sold me the water feature but they did everything they could to help fix the issue. All repairs were paid by them. Very happy with the service they provide.
