We specialise in the new residential market. We have a good understanding of how the new housing market works - team work with other trades; tough deadlines; set price so have to be very organised. Our strongest points are that we are well organised; get the job done on time; we don't let people down; provide quality work using quality materials; liaise well with client/builder; we have a great team behind us.
We paint new small to medium commercial buildings & complete shop fit-outs. Being organised & able to respond quickly is the key to doing commercial work. We understand the time restraints & deadlines of the industry. We paint roofs - iron or tiled. The product we prefer to use is the CERTIFIED waterproofing product Globalcote which withstands the harsh Queensland conditions. This includes the Elastacote and Infracote exterior acrylic membrane range. It is Australian made & owned, low VOC and environmentally friendly, low dirt pick up / self-cleansing, resists fungi and algae growth, 100% acrylic, water wash up.
The best time of year to do exterior timber maintenance is over the winter with the dry air & little rain it creates perfect conditions - decks, front doors, garage doors, windows and screens etc. It is better to keep on top of the maintenance otherwise it costs a lot more down the track if the timber is left to the weather for too long.
