Graphite did a great job with the repairs and maintenance project to our rental property. They handled delays due to bad weather professionally and worked extra hours to "catch up" and return to the scheduled programme.
The completed works improved the value of our rental property and rental returns.

We used Graphite cm to conduct a building and pest inspection for a property we were looking to buy. We were extremely happy with the detailed inspection Michael undertook and the report produced, and Michael was more than happy to discuss the key issues over the phone. Also they were reliable and well priced. We will be using them again.

I undertook an estimation of renovating my mothers unit through GCM. Michael quickly provided a detailed plan that perfectly suited my requirements which was fined tuned with various discussions to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not proceed as I quickly sold the residence in it's existing state. The unit would have looked amazing. Thanks Michael.

Michael and his team are highly recommended ! The quality of workmanship was exceptional and above our expectations. From beginning to end Michael communicated every stage of the renovation and explained… every option available to us. We undertook a bathroom renovation but we were so confident with his work ethic and the quality of his team's workmanship, we ended up getting a number of other smaller things done at the same time.
