We specialise in custom home building, so we encourage you to be involved in the design of your new home - it is such a rewarding experience! We are able to work in partnership with you and organise an initial meeting with our designer to establish your new home requirements. Using the information discussed, the designer will commence drawing and provide the concept plan for your new home.
We offer an extensive range of single storey solutions; from practical and great value courtyard designs through to expansive family homes. No two allotments of land are alike and each needs to be evaluated on its own merit, then overlaid with the needs of your new home. What we offer is a solution to meet your needs, not simply a design from our plan book which fits the dimensions of your land.
Our team is well versed in collecting information regarding your proposed development project which can be presented to council for their feedback. Having this information on hand as early as possible will help define the most you can pay for your land, the number of dwellings you can fit and even the market demand for the end product.
Single and two storey extensions require a different set of skills than simply building a home from scratch. I love everything about my house built by Stannard Family Homes. The whole process was exciting, watching it get built. Wayne helped me design my home to fit on my block and its perfect. We managed to get everything I wanted in it. The build is amazing and the detail and workmanship is impeccable. Thanks to Phil, Ryan and Terry for all your help, you guys are fantastic. Finding a builder that was willing to build our unique design within our budget was a challenge for us but the team at Stannard Family Homes were more than accommodating to our needs. Throughout the whole process, their excellent communication and availability to discuss any queries that arose gave us confidence and assurance. We selected Stannard Family Homes as our builder for our first development project with our own new business. We had been through many other display homes and had meetings and quotes from a number of volume builders, but we felt that Stannards had a great model and would be able to meet our needs and at a fixed price cost so there were no hidden extras in relation to the actual build (there were a few extras in relation to some retaining walls that were unexpected, but that was unforeseen at the time of entering the contract). Stay away folks! Stannard has a total disregard for building standards. Landscaper nearly got electrocuted whilst completing the court yard landscaping. The main power feed to the house is only 300mm below ground level. Also had to break up and redo tiles to make drainage compliant. Would not recommend

We love our home, Stannard Family Homes a lovely company to deal with, very professional, great service and a great team. Our house was built on time as promised. Nothing was to hard, my husband being a tradie himself was very particular and we were very happy with the finishes and service. Thankyou once again.
