BLD Homes was founded in 1999, with a dream set by its founder Bob Dimeski. He believed that homes should be designed and built with a sense of creativeness and this would lead Bob on a journey where he would open BLD Homes and work with clients to build countless custom homes. His creative nature would not go un-noticed and he was rewarded for his passion and hard work with several building awards.
Building custom homes in the Canberra region for more than 20 years now, has given us the advantage of experiencing many different methods of building homes and we are able to refer to our experience and rely on our experienced sub contractors which we have been building relationships with over the long-term, to overcome any obstacle that may arise during the construction of your custom home.
A new home starts with the design, so you need to search for inspiration and really think about what you would like to have in your new home and what areas and features are important to you. If you have no idea where to start and would like to get all your ideas "onto paper", we have an in-house architect with over 30 years experience in designing custom homes in the Canberra region.
