We recently engaged Achieve Homes for a knockdown rebuild of our family home in Canberra. With our kids grown up and moved out, we wanted a low maintenance house without having to start fresh in a new suburb. We were drawn to Achieve’s focus on customer service and experience in knockdown rebuilds.
We are still building our project at the moment but the service has been wonderful. Our project manager Aditi helped us out with all the selections and is sending us regular updates of the build so we know what was happening – our frame is nearly finished and we’re very excited to see the house

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I haven't dealt with this company myself, although my brother in law has and the horror stories never end. The workmanship of the trades is embarrassing, very cheap finishes and poor work. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you want to spend a fortune on mistakes and disappointment.

The build was managed very well the attention to detail was great. The build was finished well before the 180 days (roughly 110 days).
The quality of the workmanship was great, anything that was picked up on the pre-handover inspection was fixed.
The Construction Supervisor allowed us to visit many times to see the progress and allow curtains, landscapers etc in to do quotes up.
The additional options for builds are a good price and they are many choices ranging from basic to lux.
Staff are great to deal with!

Achieve Homes use dodgy subcontractor who do poor job and when contacted for fixes or repairs Achieve Homes brushes away the responsibilities. It’s never their or their contractors fault. That 30 year warranty is a BIG lie.
We had plumbing leaks from day one we moved in. Not sure how the plumbing got certified. All except one tap in the house leaked. It took multiple visits from the plumbing contractor to fix the issues.
We got Achieve Homes to lay the concrete footpath around the house. The path started sinking and moving away from the brick wall. We started complaining since we moved in.

We are very happy with the home we built with Achieve Homes. The sales process went smoothly and our Construction Supervisor Kane kept us informed as the build progressed. There were some delays along the way, which seems inevitable, but now we're in our home we couldn't be happier. Thank you Achieve Homes.

My partner and I had a worry free experience with Achieve Homes, being our first home we were very particular in what we were after however still required a fair amount of guidance when making decisions Achieve homes was able to provide just that. We are more then happy with the final finish & look forward to many years in our new home. We would not hesitate to build through Achieve Homes again.

Building a house was a daunting prospect, but Achieve Homes made everything really easy. The design stage, choosing colours and site visits were exciting. Our site supervisor Andy was incredibly helpful and he absolutely knows his stuff. We love our new home and would recommend building with Achieve.

We recently built our first new home with Achieve and overall, have been really happy with the final product. We had a few issues along the way, but once we raised them, these were generally resolved quickly. Our Project Manager was fantastic. Communication from the office wasn't great to start with, but improved once we raised our concerns, which is a really positive sign that they are willing to listen to clients and improve the service they provide.

We had a good experience building with Achieve Homes. Despite spending several months away from the build site, the team maintained good contact, updating my wife and I on the progress of our build. While we had some problems along the way, they were quickly sorted and we are happy with our new home
