Well, our build is done and we can't thank Rossdale enough. For many years I have haunted display homes waiting for the right opportunity to rebuild - and no, I wasn't daunted by our first build 38 years ago. Rossdale had the home that we both wanted to build - our forever home. They worked with us offering the right advice where needed and incorporated the changes we wanted to make to their Springfield plan. The outcome was certainly worth waiting for. No build is without its hiccups, we had some but they were dealt with professionally and promptly with no stress. We highly recommend building

100% stay away!!! The worst builder in Adelaide by far, unless it’s a cheap $200k build stay well clear of this company.
I had them take over a build on my house at Surry street in Grange after the builder went under that stated the home. This home was a $600k quality build and Rossdales quality of “trades” was clearly not up to this standard. The painting quality was that poor I had a qualified painter come look who said that in no way was the inside painting quality of a actual qualified pinter. I asked them to provide the evidence that their painter was qualified and they refused to provided

My husband and I started our first-time building journey last year - prior to the Builder's grant being announced.
We had fully researched and met with a number of builders prior, but it wasn't until we visited one of the display homes where we met our-now consultant, Sagar. We were vary wary that sales consultants will tell you whatever you want to hear, as we had already had a shocking run-in with Fairmont and Dechellis.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
We have had the most disgusting experience dealing with them. They provided no transparency of inclusions or cost, and continually under delivered on all timeframes and promises.
Their customer service was atrocious, in particular their service manager, who was exceptionally unprofessional and aggressive in their nature when pushed on issues they had made clear mistakes on. We found that after pushing our concerns the company went out of their way to make things even more difficult for our build.
With Rossdale, you will find yourself well over budget

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Rossdale. Completely dishonest, disinterested, and exceptionally disappointing. Very good at ignoring any issues you raise and pointing the finger at you, the customer, for their mistakes. Their sales staff lie, customer service representatives are exceptionally aggressive and unprofessional, and their managers simply don't want to know you. It is a shame this company is not investigated by the ACCC and HIA.

Strongly recommend avoiding this builder. Rossdale continually came in well over estimates on all items, and did not include all documented inclusions in the final contract.Then then charged us again for those same items during the selections phase and pointed the finger at us for "overcapitalising" on what were relatively minor changes. Even with documentation of most conversations, when called out on their mistakes that cost you thousands, their response is simply, 'what do you want us to do about it?'.
