I really needed someone that wasn't going to rip me off and these guys were fantastic. I was in a hurry and although they were booked out, they fitted me in within a couple of days.

Managing director Mitchell Roberts, started Roberts Air Conditioning in early 2014 with the knowledge and experience of 20 years in the industry. Initially based in Western Sydney, our business now covers all areas of Sydney and we have since seen growth in both clientele and interest from larger contracting companies.
Since starting the company 5 years ago, Mitchell has over-come many challenges that arise within any business, giving him the tools for both personal and professional development. With the birth of his daughter in 2018, starting his own family has only given Mitchell more drive to create a respectable culture with his employees and all clientele.

This means that when your system is running, those allergens are released into the air you breathe, and could potentially lead to mould problems. Neglecting necessary maintenance results in a steady decline in performance, while energy use steadily increases.
We had Roberts Air Conditioning come out and install split system air conditioners in our newly built office spaces. They were very helpful with advice on where to place the systems so we could keep the current aesthetic of the rooms, their pricing was great and their overall workmanship was fantastic!

Our company used Roberts Air to install new split system to our office and service the existing System. Roberts Air made the process extremely easy and efficient whilst also booking us for regular servicing to keep on top of maintenance. After using the company for our business I arranged for their service tech to attend my home and service my air conditioner, again could not fault the service and results from Roberts Air.

Even though I did not proceed with the installation, I still recommend the Roberts because of their professionalism, responsiveness and being on time.
I requested a quote for an installation and Monique responded the next day already arranging for a site inspection. Monique was very accomodating and we agreed to have the inspection the next day on my preferred time. The next day came and Mitchell arrived on time for the inspection and he was very knowledgeable and professional durinteh whole time. Mitchell was also quick to provide the quote based on the inspection.

We were on our last legs as another aircon tech had cancelled on us 1 day before his attendance after scheduling in more than 2 weeks prior. The tenant wasn't happy and I was in a pickle.
My colleague recommended Robert's aircon from a landlord that had previous used them, and with a little hope I made the call.

I don't normally post reviews but felt that the service from Mitchell and the team at Roberts was too good not to. It's really hard finding a good, reliable companies these days.
From the get go they made everything so easy. Our house is cosy during these winter months and we're ready to be cool and comfortable this summer. Honestly you made something I was dreading doing completely stress free! Thank you once again!!
