The Home Battery Scheme gives all grid-connected South Australians access to state government subsidies and low-interest loans - provided by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation - to help pay for a home battery system. The subsidy is available to all South Australians and is calculated on the kilowatt-hour capacity of the battery purchased, capped at a maximum of $3,000 per installation.
Next Gen is a $25 million program created to encourage the rollout of solar energy storage in the ACT, assist the development of ACT-based energy storage industry, research, and training, and extend the ACT's national leadership position in renewables. The Next Gen program requires external providers to deliver a rebate on battery installation for residential and business premises.

This review is based on the sales person and nothing towards their installation / service or otherwise.
I didn't doubt the person on what they were talking about but felt like the call was being pushed too hard to the end goal with a shrinking time limit based on a tv price that wasn't being mentioned and a limit of time to gain the remaining units at $4000+ rebate. Their own adverts felt false and I wasn't getting pushed into a decision where a deposit was needed to keep that window open to get higher rebates.
This isn't marketing or sales, it's doing something under duress of not getting that

Mixed feelings. Professional installation, albeit without a proper pre-installation site inspection (still, no one has checked the solar panels on the roof). Their monitoring and maintenance plan seems a bit of a fizzer, isn't preventing a problem with a scheduled annual inspection/service, better than fixing a problem when it does occur?
Promised huge profits with the installation of the Tesla Powerwall and VPP, but then recommended to stay with my current provider as a 23c feed in tariff seems to be better than going with Members Energy? I'm confused. As I was told energy was being traded for

I was Quoted a price on the 13/11/20. 8.7kw battery capacity costing $6950 after discounts. Then go through all the ins and outs of everything then I say go ahead. Next thing quote goes to $7850 leaving $7350 remaining after $500 deposit. Monday I get a phone call from south aus solar to send photos of power board and inverter and get told the quote is now $10370 less $500 deposit. They blamed the computer for the mistake. In my opinion this Company is not good at all to me so I ended up canceling the order. I wonder why!!!!! In my opinion I believe they were trying to rip me off that is what I

The salesman was very informative in explaining what systems were available . He explained clearly the different sizes and attributes and worked what would suit us best. The company arranged all the required approvals seamlessly. They sent us emails with all relevant details. Installation was arranged and done with great efficiency. The company followed up well. They are only a quick call away if we ask anything. System works really well. Would highly recommend them.
