My interactions with Sunterra was back in Sept 2018. It took them over 2 months before we had installations happen. To be fair, I was changing electricity companies, however, I tried contacting the customer representative for weeks, I left message on their phone number and emailed with no response. They finally told me that their company had changed phone numbers (hence had not answered their voice mails and did not notify any of their customers) and on top of that, they had gotten my name and my contact details incorrect (which when I check my application, I had filled out my details correctly

The whole process from getting quotes to installation was smooth, efficient, straight forward. Everybody from Graham, who organised everything, to installers, electrician, technical support was fantastic. The installers Eddie and He had done immaculate job and so had Garry, the electrician. All was done in one day and next day both the installers and electrician came back to check on the job done to make sure everything works. We had some issues with WiFi connections and tech support's responce was swift. They immediately sent the technician Charlie, who made it work. I was totally impressd with

I've had a great experience using Sunterra for my solar solution here in Sydney. The sales advice and support was awesome (thanks Hakim!). The quote and supporting information was first rate. I was given an installation date three weeks out, and the installers arrived as planned. The quality of the installation job was excellent. A friendly and very professional installation team. Cabling, mounts etc very neat and tidy.
The updates to the main switch and related safety aspects all very clear. And the installation crew were fastidious with their cleanup as well. The system is running perfectly

Dealings with sales and install - all ok
received a huge electricity bill while on leave and when we came back realized that the supplied Solar power box exploded. Luckily the house didn't burn down. Got the matter rectified by the installer. have been trying to get in contact with Sunterra since January for some compensation of the large electricity bill. Emails not answered. Got asked to send another email and address is to Peter.. no response. now not getting responses via Facebook as well.. very poor to have no responses

The Sunterra team were exceptionally professional in their approach to the quote, setting up a time for installation and the installation itself, along with their follow-up provision of information regarding warranties and the monitoring app. They have answered all the questions I needed answered and were kind, caring and efficient in all aspects of the process. Stephen and his team, who installed the panels were efficient, polite, kind, caring, aware, quiet and tidied the site leaving absolutely no rubbish at the end of the process. I can't praise Sunterra highly enough. I highly recommend this
