I have to say I am impressed with Furniture Trader, Dandenong. I recently visited their showroom for the first time. I was impressed with the range of furniture and also the reasonable prices. I purchased a console table which once I took it out of its packaging was found to have a small indentation at the front. I advised Furniture Trader of this. The next morning I had a phone call to say they were delivering me a replacement table that day. The two gentlemen who delivered my replacement were very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly

Worst service and rude behaviour by workers. Ordered a mattress online never received email invoice or confirmation of delivery. Had to call to to find out the delivery date but was told by the person on the call that they have no control over delivery. So sent an email a few days prior stating no one will be home and to reschedule delivery. Also called on the morning of delivery and was told it would be rescheduled to next week. Only to get a call back from a very rude sales person and manager who said they can't change the delivery and I will be charged twice etc. Never have I experienced such

Our first visit, having found this trader online. Large place with quite a large range of furniture for Living rooms and Bed rooms. Seems to be fairly priced, fixed with no bargains. The staff are friendly and the service has a personal feel, depending on which one of the staff you speak with. The owner/manager was quite helpful and personable. We’ve ordered some coffee tables so will post update upon delivery.

I will highly recommend Furniture Trader not because of beautiful furniture
collection but also for after sale service. I had some issue with one of the things I bought. But my issue got resolved within few days after I sent them an email explaining the matter. The technician they sent was very helpful and friendly.

I ordered bed and i was told it will come in one month so when i called after one month they told it will take another 3 weeks so i told i want to cancel my order . The lady was very rude and was verifying with the colleague what i was told regarding delivery. And she told i will get refund in 5 days and than again i didnt received the payment and i called again on 6th day for the follow up and again the same lady told me that it will be done on 28th as the person who makes payment is travelling as she was telling lie. I told her that only one person is making payment and thats not my problem.
