Good enterprise, they pay well. The good in a big company is you may be promoted. The downside is they are allways people that may do everything to be promoted, very nice and friendly before promotion and very harsh after. Also, big volume of work means the jobs are divided between workers so you will become specialised in a part of a job so you will do it everyday, all days. If you are like me you may say that is boring and maybe you will search a smaller company where you have to do everything and each day brings you different tasks.
