Klinge Constructions and Developments are skilled and experienced in building the most detailed architecturally designed homes and intricate renovations to make homes that embody authentic luxury. Based in Brisbane's inner East, you can engage the services of Klinge Constructions and Developments at any stage from concept to completion or just for the building process.
Renovating a house is an experience that takes the owners on an emotional rollercoaster. In order to ensure you maintain your sanity throughout the renovation you need to have a good working relationship with your builder. In the end we selected Danny and the Klinge construction team, primarily because we were confident that they could deliver the house we wanted to live in.
A licence is required by an individual or company who are signing the contract with you to carry out or organise building work valued at over $3300 (including labour & materials). Only licensed builders are able to have their works insured. Also check that your builder has "Public Liability" Insurance in case anyone hurts themselves on your property during construction.
