We have engaged Ricky from R.Koncept to assist us in lodging the Development Application (DA) for a two-storey dual occupancy torrens subivision.
At first we were skeptical first given the company was comparatively new with only few years of history to chase back; however, a few weeks down the track, we can already felt that we made the right decision by choosing R.Koncept, the level of details and acknowledge in the DA submission, the quality of workmanship and responsiveness from Ricky was simply amazing.

Ricky provided a brilliant service. I love the home he designed for us. He had many great ideas for the design which I would not have thought of plus he listened carefully to what are requirements were and included everything we wanted into our plans. Ricky is easygoing and was happy to answer our questions and guide us during the build which was reassuring as building is a daunting process.
