Services
The Ryde project was a knockdown / rebuild of an old 1920's cottage and build an Architecturally designed 2 storey double brick home. The new house has 4 double bedrooms, parents retreat, lounge, dining, designer kitchen, main bathroom, power room, laundry/storeroom, study and guest bedroom with en-suite.
Our clients at Surry Hills requested that we design, apply and obtain Development approval plus all required documentation to construct a new upstairs extension for a bedroom at the rear of the home with limited access. We built a new walk-in wardrobe, installed new skylights into existing ensuite and install new kitchen bench top.
