We had such a wonderful experience choosing a sofa for our new house at Koskela. Despite not being able to visit the showroom we felt like Marnee at Koskela showed us all our available options and spent time listening to our needs in order for us to choose the perfect combination of fabrics and size. Marnee mocked up several options for us to show us what it would look like in our actual space. We are so excited to receive our quadrant sofa - we think it will look fantastic. Koskela, its people, product and ethos is truly 5-star worthy. From beginning to end Marnee and Eloise have been a pleasure to deal with. Marnee graciously took time out of their hectic showroom move to give me a ‘virtual tour’ and recommend available pieces from their Quadrant Sofa range. Delivery by Jaro was first class (same day). The product is top quality as you’d expect from an ethical company that highly values the materials, production, design and team involved. May seem like an over the top review, but it’s totally deserving and unsurprising that Koskela is attracting such a following

I fell in love with Koskela many years ago and am thrilled to finally be mid build of our new home, the birds nest. It was always my intention to choose a lighting sculpture from their Social Impact Collections. Marnee’s help made this feasible and stressless. Koskela is full of unique, diverse and interesting items of furniture, manchester and soft furnishings. I was assisted in my purchase of a large piece of furniture, which had special significance for me, by a member of staff who was understanding , friendly and most important of all, genuine in helping me make the decision. I look forward to returning when Koskela reopens.

We had seen some furniture at Koskela we liked, and made a follow-up appointment with Marnee to talk through various options and fabric choices. She gave us thoughtful advice and helped us imagine how the furniture might fit into our space. On the day of delivery, Jaro and Graeme negotiated stairs and tight doorways before carefully unwrapping and positioning our new furniture. We are very happy with our choice — it’s beautifully made and finished and very comfortable. There is something wonderful about a business which makes customer service a priority, and who design and make in Australia

We wanted something for our first grandchild. Something that she (and her parents) would have throughout her growing up. We settled on the outside table from Koskela because it is beautiful, local and durable. For us more importantly it is also built with the environmental and social credentials that we know our granddaughter will one day appreciate. We fully recommend Koskela their service was great, we are very happy with the table and its a firm with a caring bottom line.

I recently ordered a new desk for the WFH office (with neatly folding legs to store flat under the bed!) The ordering and delivery process to regional Victoria was fantastic. A slight (and very minor) delay particularly given covid restrictions was communicated swiftly with sincere apologies. The desk is lovely and solid and ethically Australian made, received exactly as expected; the customer service was above and beyond. All highly recommended, thanks Koskela, the delivery team, and the wonderful Jess.
