You can either take an exchange or a refund less our restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price - no refunds of postage are offered. Should the supplier refuse, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the product as we do not stock it. I contacted Mr Windows to source a replacement lock set for my Bradman sliding door which is over 20 years old and the door hardware originally fitted is now obsolete. The team responded quickly to my e-mails and provided numerous photos and product references plus were very helpful on the phone despite being very busy. I have now ordered the correct lock set on their website. Problem solved. Well done to the team of Angus, Craig, Heather and Matt at Mr Windows for giving real old fashioned service!

I order what I thought was the right part which unfortunately did not fit. I contacted Matt,and he was very helpful in the several phone conversations and emails. Nothing was to much trouble and he

These guys are remarkable - always helpful. Dealt with both Craig and Heather (the latter on a previous order for a lock for my glass sliding doors). This time I had to purchase new rollers for my security screen doors which literally fell out of its tracks (5 yrs old - installed by Trend Windows).
I am no tradie nor can I do anything apart from using a screwdriver but they guided me through (including how to get the old roller out. All I had to do was to send them photos of the old roller and now I have beautiful sliding security screens again! Thanks again guys!

Purchased a window winder, was accidentally sent the wrong one. Contact support and was told they are sending me a replacement ASAP as well as self addressed package to send the incorrect item back.
This replacement got to me ridiculously fast (1-2 days from QLD to VIC).
Super happy with the customer support and quick turnaround of the issue.

Heather (owner) is an absolute gem. She arranged for 3D printing of handles, supplied all the hardware and arranged for a fantastic builder to fit them and fix up the other monumental screwups done by an incompetent tradesman. The customer service at this business is above and beyond and is so rare these days.

We have 13 year old crane sliding doors and windows that needed new rollers and Mr Windows had the exact spare parts we needed. They also provided excellent advice/tips for maintenance that would save us money in the future, which we appreciated. It was good ‘ol fashion customer service (which is pretty rare these days)….

I sent a couple of photos through to the Mr Windows "Help me find a part" section and I got a response straight away with the suggested gasket. They sent out a short sample which was an exact match.
I ordered 33m to do all my 2nd storey windows, they gave me a small discount and it arrived at my door within 2 days.

The latch on one of our awning windows recently broke off so I checked the Mr Windows website to see if I could get a match. I was really impressed with the variety of products on the site, and with the details provided for each item. I placed an order online on Sunday afternoon, and it was confirmed and dispatched on Monday. I received the parts on Wednesday lunchtime and fitted the replacement within a few minutes.
