The price was great, but that's about all that was great. But I guess that's what we get for going with the lowest bidder. Caught the guys drinking on their lunch break, after that I guess things got sloppy. Destroyed all our gutters. They were nice enough to replace them for free, but it was a hassle all the same. We had to have them come out multiple times to fix things. I didn't trust the work so I had another company come out and inspect what was done. Apparently they didn't even add flashing to the chimney. We now have a leak. My husband called to inform them, they said it's our problem now

Highly recommend! Troy and crew installed French Drains on our house yesterday, cause we were having the yard flooded with mud and water. He found collapsed pipes that were installed by the builder! I would have never known had we not done this project. This morning we sat on our patio and we can hear all the rain running down the new drains and out to the street. It’s 1 day later, and I know this will be a huge upgrade to our yard. Can’t wait for another week or two to go by to see even more improvements. If your considering French drains, don’t wait! John and his team are awesome! The installation of the roof was excellent and a couple of issues that arose after the initial installation as part of poor roof penetrations performed by the HVAC and plumbing teams were resolved by Guardian Roofing even though it was not the fault of Guardian Roofing. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing and I will use them again in the future for any roofing needs!

I had a roof leak and when John checked the roof he also said I had hail damage. He worked with the adjuster and the roof was done quickly and looks great. I had some water damage from the leak and the painters just finished painting the interior of my house. It's beautiful. They were so professional and courteous and took great care with my home. I would definitely recommend John and his team for their work and their professionalism. I'm scheduled for gutters next week, so I'm looking forward to working with Troy

We have several rental homes and have had such bad luck with roofers! Appointments set weeks away, cancelled appointments, and last minute changes on prices. Troy and his team came quickly, were super upfront on everything, educated us on the process, and got it done! We are always a bit skeptical on warranties-companies come and go. When they go, so does the warranty. We have full confidence in the roof, but know that if there are any issues or questions that need to be answered (sometimes things happen), they will be around. These guys work with integrity. Hard to find these days.

Troy with Guardian Roofing set up an appointment for my gutters and came by before and during the job to check on the progress and answer any questions I might have. They have over 40 gutter colors, all baked on paint. My color match was so perfect it makes the gutters invisible. The workers cleaned up as they worked and even blew the pine needles off of my roof. I also has leaf and pine needle screens installed on my gutters. The screens are very well made and very fine mesh. These are the roof and gutter people to call!!
