Our cavity slider arrived in regional Victoria having been damaged in transit. Vlad said,' Yes the couriers aren't a good company', but told me not to worry, he'd look after things. He said we could send it back for repairs but the return trip would be at our expense. He then said our builder would be able to fix it as it was only minor damage. He offered verbally to provide a partial credit, which I thought showed good faith. However he didn't actually provide any

We have previously installed Bunning version of sliding door but for our current project we wanted better quality product. Yes it is more expensive but worth it. Solid construction of the cavity and nice sliding system. Soft close is the way to go. Staff is very friendly and ready to answer your question . We placed order in the afternoon and pick it up next day. Excellent service. Will be recommending them for sure.
