No regrets and worth every dollar.
I live in an old apartment with single pane windows that let every sound through and did nothing for insulation (inside temperature is identical to outside temperature even when the windows are closed). Strata refused to let us replace our existing windows with new ones but thankfully this company worked around this by installing double-glazed windows BEHIND our existing windows thus bypassing strata altogether. It was been a wonderful choice. Our apartment is comfortably warm regardless of outside temperatures and we no longer hear our neighbour's terrible choice

I was very pleased with the windows and doors supplied by Prestige Plus.
Serge took no end of trouble to design and measure my windows to accommodate the shutters that I already had and to design fly screens to match. Consequently, the installation went off without a hitch and the installation team could not have been more pleasant and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Plus.

We really like our new windows and French door, they were installed promptly within 4 weeks of order. There was an issue with the door that was fixed promptly.
We also ordered a retractable fly screen for the French door with which we had lots of issues. It was not ready on the original install date and then was the incorrect size not once but… twice. Almost 8 weeks after our windows and doors were installed the retractable flyscreen was finally installed. Overall it wasn't a huge deal to us but it was frustrating that I had to keep chasing it up with few proactive updates from company.

The crew has done excellent job from introduction, recommendation to installation. They even help us to put back the blinds which they removed from the window frame before installing our double glazed window. We are very happy with the result and how silent the baby room has become. Also, all the payments and contract sign are done online to save us time from travelling.

If you live in Sydney and want new double glazing I highly recommend Prestige Plus Windows & Doors . Ours were made and delivered within 2 weeks! I really enjoyed the experience of working with the team from Prestige Plus. I had a large old garage door I wanted to replace with modern doors with windows, that would allow light into the space as part of a garage conversion. Due to planning regulations there were restrictions. Prestige Plus explained what my options were and along the way we changed the design to accomodate windows that opened and a tint.They were always extremely responsive and accomodating and the quality of the door and the reduction in noise is incredible. I am on a main road so its very important. I thoroughly recommend

I highly recommend Prestige plus for sound proofing windows. I went to 3 different companies and none of them satisfied me in terms of good customer service and reliability in soundproofing.
