The installation team was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, considerate and thoughtful. They tested the new ducted air conditioning system running in excellent condition before they left the premises. More importantly they clear up all the mess before they go.

We installed LG units with Frost. Installation was excellent and professional but after service care with lacking. contacted them about noise issues and LG service ppl came and apparently found no fault. Following that; Frost communication about any additional service was attached with a threat "if is not warranty related issues there will be charges applicable.". After a few emails, they relinquished all responsibility. We are now left with faulty AC units that's so noisy we cant use it.

Quote received after good advice, accepted, guys arrived on-site to do installation ready to cover floors due to wet conditions. Carried out works explained operation of remote informed electrician to complete. Electrician arrived next day and completed. All good installation complete and happy with works and supply

I got a 10 kW ducted system installed. Frost Air was happy to offer a package using existing ducts and zoning requirements that we asked for. Quoting and installation were done in a timely manner. Craig was very responsive to my question. The price was also competitive. Overall, I am very happy with the job Frost Air has done.

I reached out to Frost Air, Castle Hill for AC quote. We opted for a multi-split system to cool/heat two adjacent rooms. The quote was competitive (I obtained multiple quotes) and I went ahead with the purchase order. The installation was done in a professional and neat manner and all debris was cleared and the rooms were cleaned up. Happy with the job done by Frost Air.

Highly recommended. Quote was thorough with great consultation and explanation. Installation was done very professionally. Placement and alignment done with care and we were shown how to use our how to use the remote and operating modes. Impressed. We decided to go with Frost because they have a great reputation around the hills district, but it has been a terrible experience.
We were given an installation date, the day before we were told they had not scheduled our installation. They called back to arrange another installation, the day before that we were told that their crews had stopped… working.
As yet still no date on installation. I will update if our aircon ever gets installed

Steve was really knowledgeable when he came over for a quote and did the house measurements so they could recommend the ideal capacity AC. Their quote was the most reasonable (I had about 8or 9). The installers and electrician were really good. Extremely good service and installation of ducted. Their admin staff were awesome too. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great job!!
