Had windows done a year ago and have had non stop issues, frames weren't sealed, stoppers not installed, gaps in frames, window not closing correctly.
As soon as these are installed they no longer care!
all we want is sound proof windows that work as we are along a busy road and get woken up buy the traffic and outside noise. The cold / hot air comes in, bugs get in and water leaks through.
We paid good money for dodgy installation work, please someone fix our windows

Not happy at all. Duoglass cancelled at 6.50am on the morning of scheduled install (after 14 week lead-in time). Company had confirmed three days beforehand that the install would be going ahead, that we would need to pay the installation deposit as a matter of priority (more than $3.5K) and that we would need to remove all blinds, shutters and surrounding furniture. Which we promptly did. Then on the morning of install – oops! Duoglass doesn’t have the hardware it needs to install the glass. We had our windows done a couple of months ago. Firstly they just did not have us booked in after confirming dates 2x after lengthly discussion they did come in and do it within the week of booked date. But I have a broken sliding frame and the quality of some are shocking. Door stopper not put in either. Have phoned a couple of times to get Andrew to finish and replace the cracked frame, yet again now was told to speak to the other fella who messed up first time. How long is this going to take. Best you go to someone else. As for noise well that did not work either. looking forward to seeing what

The team at Joondalup have done an amazing job making sure that not only I have what I need for my house, but also what I want. There is a difference! From sales through to installation and final checks, their service was professional, friendly and helpful. The difference the windows have made to my house is significant, both in looks and function. Noise reduction is effective and temperature control is noticeable. It was a great decision!!

Thank you to Stuart and the team at Duoglass Joondalup for doing a wonderful job of replacing the windows and doors in our home. Everyone has been great to deal with, the staff are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Our install is a bit different to others as we are renovating at the same time so we weren't able to get everything trimmed off… and finished in one go.Duo Glass they have been happy to come back as we have finished things off to finish their work. We really appreciate the time and hours they have spent on our project. Even in the planning phase they were only too happy

Very poor customer service!
We contracted Duoglass in Joondalup to install double glazing for our entire house.
They installed the incorrect doors and did not complete the installation of the windows at the front of our house. They left 3 weeks ago saying that they would be back in 4 - 5 days to complete the install.
Nobody has returned and, despite contacting the office 6 times in the past 2 weeks, no one will return our calls or respond to our emails to give us a timeframe for completion. We have already paid 95% of the invoice and quite frankly it feels like they have taken the money & run

If you are looking to get double glazing to prevent noise do not get your windows from duo glass. I had a window put in my bedroom and stated to these guys that I wanted maximum noise reduction.
I would have been better off putting up curtains than spending big $$$$ on this window no different from the original window that they replaced totally ripped off.
If these guys had done what they promised they could of had the job of installing all my windows.
I will definitely be looking else where for the rest of my double glazing.

Thank you to Duo Glass! We were very unlucky to experience a shattered inside pane of our double glazed window. It is a huge piece, almost 3x3m. Not a problem, the Duo Glass people measured, manufactured and fitted a complete replacement unit all in less than 3 weeks. On the day of fitting, a crew with all the right lifting equipment arrived exactly on 7.30am as planned and in less than forty minutes, my life was back to normal. Forget the rest, I'm so impressed, Duo Glass are seriously the best!

We couldn't be happier with the work the guys did. The whole process from the initial quote, through to measure and the fitting of the windows was so easy and the guys we dealt with (John, Richard and Mark) were all great, friendly and no nonsense or hard sell. Everyone turned up when they said they would, no messing about and Mark who installed the windows cleaned up after himself (a big tick for me✔️).
The workmanship on how Mark fit the windows (given we are in an old house) is fantastic. The windows have totally transformed the house and given its pretty chilly in Perth at the moment,

Very impressed with the company and product. We went through the Midland store and found the process to be seamless and incredibly efficient. From quote to installation was just over 2 weeks. And we love our new windows. The quality is obvious and their insulation and sound reduction properties are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with, we had our entire house windows replaced and just recently our front door. We love the look and everything about it. Coming from Germany myself we had high expectations as we grow up with this style of windows, we are very happy with the work ethics and professionalism of duo glass.

Love our new windows. They look fantastic and the noise reduction is significant, particularly as we live on a very busy road. Expensive, but we expected this for double glazing, and it was made more achievable by a sale they were running. Also very happy with the service during the planning and construction phases, and the installer was excellent to deal with. Saving up to get the doors done now too...
