After almost a year of struggling to open the doors, I contacted Kobus at Slide Master. The service, as well as the communication, was outstanding. Great communication from the word go. He removed the Affinity Doors and repaired the tracks, and some other parts that were faulty, quickly and competently. He is obviously an expert at what he does. Friendly service at a fair price. Kobus was great! Really helpful and very fair with pricing. We had a tricky install as we had to install the door from the inside, but the door went in easily in the end and looks great. He also helped manage delivery times and advice as the factory was also moving to a different location at the same time. Everyone is crazy-busy at the moment, but we got there, thanks to Kobus and his son. Highly recommended !

Kobus was fantastic! I called him early in the morning and he was able to drop in on his way to another job to fix our broken 10+ year old door! Changed the handle & lock to a complete new one (see photos)replaced all the rollers and gave the tracks a huge tidy up! We now have a door which is so easy to open & lock! Kobus was fantastic! Upfront with costs no surprises. Got Kobus’ reference from a neighbour, had some issues with my sliding doors, he promptly fixed it and now they glide with ease. Wanted him to fix my windows but he showed me a couple of tricks which saved quite some $s. Very skill full at his work, and would highly recommend him for fixing sliding doors. Kobus was prompt and explained what he needed to do to restore my doors to better than new. I am extremely pleased with the results. Our very large sliding glass door now glides with one finger touch. I certainly won't miss the clack, clack, clacking. Why did I put up with it for so long? I highly recommend Kobus' workmanship.

Ditto ALL previous review comments. My 2 doors, one a flyscreen, were getting worse every day. I called Kobus early morning, he arrived at 3 same day. Work on both doors all completed within an hour - brilliant. Both glide as new with no effort, no more worrying bumps or rumblings and so quiet - wonderful. Had i left them any longer the problem would have been much worse. Can't speak highly enough, thoroughly recommend, Kobus is very professional, obviously experienced, efficient, friendly and helpful - good price too. So grateful he came as quickly as he did, great, thank you.

Kobus did a wonderful job repairing my two 22-year old Stegbar sliding doors and - better still - was able to schedule an appointment the day after I phoned him, on a Saturday morning. He arrived with all the gear, set up outside on the patio, removed the doors and explained exactly what he was doing and why, also showed me one of the roller carriages which had been butchered in a handyman's previous attempt to repair it. Now I know why that door was always so difficult to slide!
