Building defect reports - generally building standards are referenced to the Building Code of Australia, relevant Australian Standards or Good Building Practices and are reported as a defect if they do not comply with these Standards. Our building defect reports cover house and unit construction, industrial and commercial buildings as well as landscaping, driveways and retaining wall issues.

Mould and fungi will flourish in damp / wet unhealthy conditions. We are able to inspect the site and advise of a solution.
We offer complete drone aerial surveys including reports based upon the photographic record. This is most useful in hard to access roof areas or roofs where no access is possible or where access is dangerous. A drone survey will save the costly hire of scaffolding or scissor lift/ cherry picker equipment.
