Fixed price contract. A fixed price contract in conjunction with HIA Contract for Alterations and Additions and your working plans gives peace of mind and eliminates grey areas so often found in building.
That was the only word echoed when five of us walked into my newly renovated vacation home. The team at All Conversion did a great job knocking down old walls and archways. All conversion's ideas were great, from electrical solutions to staying within my budget. They had my place ready for paint within a few days of the go-ahead.
