Terrible experience - Important items were left behind and then quoted $600 more to deliver them even though we paid for more cubic metres than was delivered to us!
Phone calls and messages were ignored and the owner James promised that he would go go to the location and see the remaining items but never did.
He then went oversees and did not tell me, even though I told him it was urgent.
When he returned I only got through using another number.
He tried to say that our location was not easy access when in fact it was within a few metres of our storage container as shown to him with a picture taken
