Ken came out and quoted the job, offered a very reasonable price, and we booked him for about a month later. The floors were completed today and they look absolutely amazing. We are so impressed at how they have come up and cannot believe the difference it has made to the entire house.

Non-responsive. Ken was booked in to complete a major job at our home in Tarragindi. He didn't turn up and after trying to call him, he blocked my phone number. As per earlier complaints about his poor work ethic, he will claim he doesn't know me - it's his standard response. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else.

Ken did an absolutely wonderful job of transforming the floors of our 1953 post war home. I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful satin finish, the old stained floors now look so elegant and timeless!
If you live in the Brisbane area then you definitely need to get a quote from Ken, I’m so glad I did! Not only were his prices the most competitive, but his quick communication was much appreciated and helpful when managing a home renovation.

Ken is a true professional. Our hoop pine floors were very rough and over the last 90 years had been painted a variety of colours and then covered with Lino and carpet. Ken restored them to top condition, they look amazing and we have had so many compliments on how good his workmanship is.

If you want to avoid disappointment and frustration DO NOT deal with All Coast Floor Sanding and Polishing.
All Coast Floor Sanding and Polishing is an extremely difficult company to deal with. After going through the trouble of setting up a time for them to come do our flooring we heard nothing from them. Tried ringing and sending text messages which were never returned.
We started communicating with this company in October so that we could have our floors sanded and polished for Christmas. It would have been nice they could have just told us they were unable to do our floors so we could try
