JMZ Roof Restorations is a family owned Company established in Brisbane, Queensland - 1992 and is proudly remains in operation today under the original Business Owners. Initially working from the family home in Birkdale, with one Truck and only 4-6 employees, JMZ operations doubled insize over a period of 7 years and in 1999 relocated to a small showroom on Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba.
JMZ Roof Restoration is able to assist with cleaning and repairing of your tiled roof, however, we'll always be upfront and advise if we think a full restoration will offer you better protection and be more cost effective in the long run. If you're only considering repairs - and not a roof restoration project - we strongly advise clients to look at the bigger picture.

Were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with from the quotation stage to completion - clear and unambiguous communication the whole way through, workers always arrived on time, were polite and took a lot of pride in their work. Excellent value for money and well organised, made the entire experience as easy as it possibly could have been. Very honest with their assessments and now our roof looks better than new.

Generally happy with paint application and finish. Time will tell how good the surface prep and Globalcote Infracoate and Clearcoat holds up over time and against weather elements. Ridge cap re-pointing OK, but gable repointing average (still have gaps here and there). Disappointed with the amount of damage to the exposed rafters (split in 6 places) and 3 holes left in in eve villaboard from installation of the safety rails. If they couldn't find the rafters to attach the safety rails, then they should have used a Stud Finder ($30 from Bunnings) to locate the rafters. Other disappointing aspect

Extremely disappointed I originally called JMZ to fix a source of water leakage on my roof and they stated they would do a full repair as the quote states. After the recent rain this proved otherwise I later found out that they had not actually replaced the broken tiles nor had they left replacement tiles.
When I told them about the issue they were rude and weren't interested in correcting the problem. On top of this they tried charging me $200 for just coming out and applying some silicone they said they would apply the first time and they didn't mention or replace the broken tiles still on the

Everyone I dealt with was punctual, respectful and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and kept me up to date with the progress of the job. Our tiled roof was looking tired & neglected, today it looks reborn. From initial contact to completion the entire JMZ team were friendly, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We obtained quotes from various other companies but found JMZ to be the most reasonably priced without the hard sell with a great product. Its a comfort knowing our old roof is repaired and protected for many years to come. Great Job JMZ Team.

The staff at JMZ were all very helpful with whole process of restoring the roof of our house. We are extremely happy with the colour chosen and the finished product. All of the staff from the Sales Manager to the Roof cleaners and Painters plus the Office staff were always on hand to answer any queries we had . Even after we paid the account in full there was a minor problem with one of the tiles. We phoned them and they sent someone out the very next day . Very impressive 👍. Thank you JMZ

Made the world of difference to our roofing esthetically for sure with the test of a summer storm it will be fine too. That would also depend on the severity and other heavy debris hitting though. Anyway, a lot more confident it will stand up to the elements and we are insured. The entire staff are a credit to the company and are extremely service… minded as well. Very impressive and a great experience. They did not impact much on the neighbours either and 10/10 for leaving the property tidy. The restoration definitely will improve property value and will lift property profile on google

Extremely disappointed with the results after having our roof painted by JMZ Roof restorations. It's now just over 5 years since we spent over $6000. The roof is faded, screws are rusted and we have many leaks. I see on the 9th Jan 21 Facebook post they advertise Quote: "When you pick JMZ to carry out your roof restoration, you will receive a 10-year dual warranty on both workmanship and products"- NOT TRUE!! After two years I started contacting JMZ re our "unhappiness with the job carried out". Last year, Mr Zorbas, the owner of the business, came to our home after I had lodged written complaints
