Roof leaks and damages occur due to broken tiles, loose ridges, old cracked flashing, unsecured areas and blocked gutters. Diamond Tiling Roofing Services is available any time to help fix any of these issues and more. Over a period of time, taking into account the lifespan of your roof, there will be tiles that crack or get damaged which requires repair or replacement.
Do your ridge caps look old and are they starting to crack? This is the most common problem that we face when it comes to Concrete and Terracotta tiles. These tiles will need to be re-bedded and re-pointed, with flexi-point every 10 years or so. In most cases, ridges may only need to be re-pointed with flexi-point that is, if you don't leave it on for too long.

I would recommend Diamond Roof tiling & restoration to anyone based on our experience. They are one of the best and easiest companies I have used. Excellent job carried out by Sam and the team. The finished product looks absolutely magnificent. I could not be happier with the result. Sam is a very nice person to deal with and staff are friendly. Came over on a Saturday morning to quote the job. Simple process and all details are well presented within the brochure provided. The lead times are quite extensive only because they do great work and are highly sort after. The owner also takes on the responsibility of painting the roof himself which gives you that added confidence the job will be done right. I’m definitely happy I decided to wait
