More than 4 months ago, they assessed my roof & gutters.
I signed a contract & paid a deposit for the roof & gutters to be replaced.
Last week they arrive prior to the work being done & tell me it can't be done safely.
Something they could have told me more than 4 months ago, and I could have got someone else to do assess the work & do it.
Now 4 months later I have to go through the whole process again.
No, I would not recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the re-roofing of our house. From the first inquiry, the staff at Stormguard Roofing gave us every confidence that they understood what was required and were able to do what we wanted. Our roof was very weathered colorbond and a steep 45 degree pitch, so quite challenging. But considering that we were booking it at the end of the year and with imminent rainy days, the professionalism of the team ensured that the job was done and to a high standard. Many Thanks.

Had our roof done, faded with in a year off getting it done, leaks when it rains , there ten year warranty isnt worth anything, wrong colour painted, supervisor had no idea what colour it was done in, said it was woodland grey, and it was supposed to be monument. very rude, and wouldn’t recommend a doing any kind of business with them. Had them come back three times and just no help at all.

Just wanted to say thanks to all at Stormguard for a very professional team. This week my roof and gutters were replaced by the efficient team. All interactions were terrific with office staff, Craig who gave original quote to Maree and the team who worked here on the day. My wife & I recently had our tile roof restored in Coolum by Stormguard roofing. Very happy with the before & after as the roof was in very poor condition before they did the works. I liked that the supervisor of the company came out after the job was completed to check the roof with me to make sure I was 100% happy with the finished job. I am more then happy and will be highly recommending Stormguard to my friends who are looking at doing their roof soon. Thanks for picking the perfect colour Craig, we love it.. And yes you can leave your sign out front for a month to let locals see your works

Be careful they do not stand by the warranty, if there is something wrong with their work or the colour fading they don't want to know you. The only satisfaction that you can get is to take them to court. They redone our roof, had to come back because after it dried you could see the old colour, within 12 months the roof has faded to half the… original colour. We have asked them to fix it but they will not talk to us. So the only option that we have now is to take them to court. I will keep you posted of the outcome. Shame on you Stormguard.
