All of the ridge caps are re-pointed with a flexible roof pointing compound that flexes with your roof. We then pressure clean your entire roof paying careful attention to the front edge of the tile. This removes the ugly black mould and provides a clean surface for sealing. The roof is then sealed with a penetrating sealer that prevents moisture from entering the tile and provides a perfect bonding surface for the colour coats.

I rang Low Cost Roofing and Leanne was very helpful. The problem i had was the sarking under the tiles had basically deteriorated to powder.
Bill came around, got on the roof did a thorough inspection and showed me photos of the problems and suggested a good remedy.
I was going to get two quotes ,but I was so impressed with Bill i said your the person to fix this.
I had to wait a few weeks as they are kept pretty busy, but Bill booked in a date, confirmed by Leanne in an email and the team showed up on the specified day.
Once all the tiles had been removed, a few other problems became evident

Be very aware! Were paid to fix 2 leaks in my sisters roof at Aspley in Brisbane, she now has about 10 extra leaks. Bill the owner recommended repointing and capping to be done to fix the issue.(keep in mind this was HIS recommendation on fixing the leaks) there was no mention of any other problems with the roof at the time. The first time it rained after having the work done it leaked in several new spots and has progressively gotten worse every time they’ve been back to look at it and have done nothing extra on it. I had to get involved with this to try and help my sister who was at wits end

Had the pleasure of using Low Cost Roofing to renovate our tiled roof the quote was reasonable and the work was undertaken in a completely professional manner. the team that arrived on site advised us exactly what they were going to do and did exactly as requested. The site was cleaned up daily with all precautions implemented. The task took todays including replacement of tilers and repointing, cleaning and three coats of paint. Huge thanks to Bill and Cherie in the office, Michael and Paul on site, highly recommend this local based Bribie Island business.

I have just had a full restoration done on my tiled roof, it needed to be rebedded and repointed as well. The job was done by Alan who done a fantastic job, extremely hard worker who does the job properly, on time and reliable and friendly as well, so thank you Alan 😊. I would also say thank you to the girls in the office Leanne and Cherie, very friendly and helpful and kept me updated 😊.
