Luke of Plumbing Express installed a kitchen mixer tap and replaced stop valves and a few other things. He was an excellent tradesman, honest, and very pleasant. He went off and got some flexible pipe for the washing machine to replace a cracked pipe. This was not part of the original installation job but he did it and didn't charge us the extra. He arrived on time and made sure everything was working and there were no leaks. We had a very good experience with him and also when we had a garden tap replaced a few weeks ago.

While doing a renovation I needed my solar hot water system removed from the roof and then put back after a new roof had been completed.

George has been an absolute charm in helping us fix our pipes. Luke from Plumbing Express was amazing. I had just moved in to my new place and a hot water pipe was blocking the hose to my new washing machine from connecting to the cold water tap. I made contact late Friday afternoon and he was able to fit me in on Saturday morning. Luke arrived promptly within the one hour window he had given (with a text alert when he was on his way). Luke was able to fix by attaching a new tap that came out of the wall further. The fix was much easier than I had been expecting. We were charged $1060 for 10min work. We’ve received 4+ other quotes - all under $600. The plumber took advantage of the two females ignorance at home at the time, after promising a $39 call out fee. The plumber also said they needed to pay on the spot, where they took a photo of the credit card and charged it. Completely irresponsible and taking the absolute piss. We also had to clean up after - the plumber said his vacuum wasn’t working so we had to do it ourselves.
