We have dealt with Donna twice over the years and both times she has provided excellent advice and made ordering a breeze. Wait times for consultations and installation were less than we were quoted by the bigger companies, and cheaper too. Communication throughout the process was friendly and timely. I love that they are a family-run, WA-owned business, with all the curtains made in their own workshop. Quality has always been fantastic, with such beautiful fabrics and fittings, and installation top-notch. Our installer identified an issue with the length of one curtain, which we might not have

Michelle from curtain world was a pleasure to deal with, brought loads of samples and pointed me in the right direction. It was a long wait due to covid but I was informed of the wait time before I went ahead with ordering the curtains. The installer Paul did a great job, very clean and tidy install.

The consultant was very experienced and gave us helpful advice and information. We purchased a combination of verishades and vertical blinds. We are happy with our choices and the quality of the blinds. There was a problem with one vertical blind and we had to wait a week for the fitter to return and check it out. When he did return, the track had to be replaced and this was fixed in a timely fashion within a day.

Our consultant Angie was fabulous at helping us choose the perfect option for our windows. Bruce installed our new curtains and blinds with a minimum of fuss. Could not find fault with anything. I would recommend Curtain World if you are looking for the perfect fit for your windows.

We recently just got Sheers installed throughout our living area. We are beyond happy with the quality of the sheers and how they completely transform our room, we also love the fact that it is all handmade right in there warehouse. We love our curtains and roman blinds that we purchased from CurtainWorld. They had EXACTLY what we wanted, the curtains were unique and we actually chose our paint colours and carpet colours to match the curtains we loved them so much!
