We had 3 motorised awning blinds installed at a cost of more than 10 thousand dollars.
One of the blinds was faulty from the start ( see first pic in 2016) and as you can see from pic 2, it is still faulty in 2021.
We went through such a drama with this company to get this blind even inspected while it was under warranty. The first time they sent installers out, we were told " nothing wrong, they sometimes play up when it is very hot or cold" An interesting problem for outdoor blinds.
We asked that the installers return, and organised times to meet them. They either didn't rock up, or came earlier

As always the team at action awnings were fantastic , coming all the way down to the canals twice to install our new blinds on our patio overlooking the canals.
As a second time customer the service was as good as the first install. Louis the installation technician is a legend & nothing is a problem for him. His attention to detail is amazing.
I can totally recommend this product & company.

I recently had ziptrak outdoor blinds installed by Action awning. Thanks to Ian who was happy to proceed with the quote price which he offered me 6 months back. Price was cheapest among other 4 quotes I received. Nick the installer is very friendly and professional guy who attended & completed job in timely manner without compromising on quality. He even fixed my colorbond fence without being requested, which came off from the frame due to wind. Would strongly recommend Action awning for your outdoor blinds needs.

I have 5 action awnings both manual and automatic. I was thrilled when they were installed, the quality and care when measuring to ensure the correct length of awnings over my pool was impressive. To be a happy customer once an item is installed is wonderful. However, the real test came when 3 years later a warranty issue arose, and it was all about customer service.
