I would recommend Smart Choice Granny Flats for anyone looking to build. From the start speaking with Justin everything has been very transparent no hidden fees or surprises. All staff during the process were very professional and knowledgeable especially Sharon in the office who did a great job with choosing everything for my home to Chris in finance and meeting with Stuart the site Manager during the build process. Nothing was ever a problem for Stuart he would go above and beyond to get the job done. I can not fault this team in any way. Thank you to all of you for everything I love my new home

I cannot stress how helpful Cameron and his team have been. 5 other granny flat builders said that it was impossible to build a granny flat on our investment property. Cameron and his team easily got it planned and approved and actually completed the project within 12 weeks.
Another surprise was that there was no surprise in the end. No extra cost, everything executed as per the plan. Actually they ended up covering the cost for certain things which were not anticipaated. Truly a turn key project. Camerons and his team was always responsive.

Had looked around at other granny flat builders but it was just all too hard. After contacting Smart Choice Granny Flats they made things so easy and nothing was too difficult. Very pleased with the granny flat and also a special thanks to Cameron who assists with referrals of landscapers, fencers etc. so everything was completed. Smart Choice Granny Flats recently completed our Granny flat. We had quotes from numerous builders and we found Smart Choice Granny flats handled our numerous questions and queries with the utmost efficiency and patience. Although the site had numeous issues, Smart Choice handled them in their stride. They addressed our concerns quickly and without issue. The final product looks amazing and I simply love it. I have built granny flat from smart choice granny flat company in July 2020. Built plus renovation took me 4 months to complete.
Justin helped us to provide the quote , was very easy to deal with. readily available to answer the queries on time. He even helped me to collect the contract from hospital (As my dad was admitted & I couldn't post the contract.). thanks Justin.
Kirsten Helped me to decide on extra inclusions & she was very helpful in arranging the materials.
Stuart as site manager done the job with good finish , helped us to get through inspections.
